Winter Stress?

Regular weekly Yoga classes can transform the tension and fatigue in your daily life. 
Let’s face it, the holidays are a time we all look forward to, but it can also be stressful and hectic too!   

As the days get closer to Christmas, I am looking forward to the time I can bake cookies and Christmas treats with my 5 year old!  Although crazy, the holiday shopping is exciting and best of all, I love to wrap the presents – adorning them with a Smith family tradition of putting an ornament on top!  This year – like all years in the past, we attend multiple back -to-back  brunches and dinners to see and feast with every one in the family.

Every year, we say we’re Not going to do it AGAIN – due to stress of cooking, baking, traveling and…overeating…and yet, somehow…we DO!  We Love the time we spend and we do love the food!   So- it’s all worth it.  But thanks to Yoga, I

LOCATION: 7725 Birchmount Ave, Unit #29 – Wayland Li Martial Arts Studio.  (the unit is around back). Conveniently located at the north east corner of Birchmount and 14th Ave.
