Summer Outdoor workshop

Experience yoga outside!  Renew and refresh yourself – embrace the warmth of the summer sun into your body and heart !

9:30am-12noon  $45

This outdoor practice will focus on the lungs and heart – the parts of the body that affect our love/joy and overall inspiration/hope.  Join me and like-minded yogis to experience an abundance of joy, laughter and inspiration in the natural elements of mother-nature.

End the session with organic tea & enjoy a sampling of food that supports and nurtures your heart and lungs.

Winter Renewal Yoga workshop: Renew & Refresh your whole body
