What People are Saying

Kudos: We have been taking Yoga classes with Tracie for almost two years. She is a consummate professional who brings warmth, humour, and flow to her classes. Her concern for her students is demonstrated in her ability to tailor exercises to the needs and abilities of each individual. Although classes are conducted in a group setting, each participant feels Tracie’s personal attention and interest. We are looking forward to continuing with her in the Fall.

I really love Yoga with Tracie. I had always thought Yoga was too passive for me, but Tracie talked me into trying one of her comp classes. I have since been hooked and actually miss yoga when Tracie closes at the end of each season! Try Yoga with Tracie and see for yourself.

I have been a yoga student of Tracie’s for three years.  I love her classes because she is an excellent teacher and builds on the essential elements. Tracie has variety in her classes and offers options to suit different abilities.  Tracie is very positive and upbeat and makes yoga enjoyable !!!

Since my first day of “Yoga with Tracie” three years ago, I’ve appreciated the dedication she has towards her students.  Her insightful tips and ongoing feedback throughout each class has encouraged me to deepen my yoga practice!!!

There is a certain calmness our body craves when we live such busy lives filled with children, work and our our daily stressors in life. “Yoga with Tracie” has helped me find and rediscover that peace and calm my body and mind craved.  Her teaching style allows her students to work at their own pace and also challenge those that need the push.  She is a gift to her profession and the Yoga community!!

Health Tips

    • Breathe!  Take time in your practice to breathe in and out through your nose.  This will help to release tension when holding asanas (poses) for a long period of time.
    • Be Kind…to yourself!  When you feel tired – take time to rest and nurture yourself with good whole foods.  Life is a journey to enjoy, not a race to complete.
    • Motion is lotion:  If you are feeling stiff  – consider gentle movements to move the qi and blood in your body.   Check out my Youtube channel for some yoga movements.
