Have you taken a “Pause” today?

When tension and anxiety starts to creep up on you, take a pause.  Stop what you’re doing and take a deep breath in – count 1, 2, 3 (in your mind) – filling your belly, your lungs and then exhale with the count 3, 2, 1…with an outward “HAaaaaaaa”.

Taking a pause allows you to stay present and re-evaluate your situation.  Release your tension with an exhalation! “Haaaaaaa…”

You will find yourself a little more relaxed from when you started.
